HIPs update

The Department of Communities and Local Government has announced that it is beginning a national consumer education campaign, promoting Home Information Packs with full-page advertisements in national newspapers from Sunday 25 March.
The government has also started mailing estate agents with advice on how they should prepare for the introduction of HIPs.
